Why inviting or approaching people to your opportunity is an ineffective strategy to build your business specially your family and friends?

Kailangan mong malaman at tandaan na ‘pag in-approach mo ang isang tao maraming tumatakbo sa isip nyan, pwedeng sa trabaho n’ya, mga problema, love life, kung gutom na ba s’ya, kung late na ba s’ya sa trabaho, etc., etc. And the last thing na nasa isip nya ay ‘yung sumali sa opportunity mo.

Kaya nga madalas pag ikaw

ang lumapit at nag-offer ng opportunity mo most of the time either resistance or rejection ang matatanggap mo.


Because it will always go back to what the state of mind your prospect has. And you should NEVER trouble yourself of swaying anyone’s thinking when you approach them and offer your opportunity.

Are we clear on that?

But wait, alam ko ang tanong na nandyan sa isip mo:

“Paano ka kikita sa opportunity mo kung hindi mo ito iaalok?”

Let me give you another example:

Punta tayo sa palengke.

Sa palengke madaming tindahan d’yan. May tindahan ng gulay, may tindahan ng prutas, may tindahan ng isda, may tindahan ng manok, may tindahan ng baboy, may tindahan ng baka, etc., etc.

At kung mamamalengke ka natural ang bibilin mo lang ay ‘yung kailangan mong bilin. Kung isda lang ang kailangan mong bilin dun ka lang pupunta sa tindahan ng isda para bumili.

Kung sakaling alukin ka man nung nagtitinda ng manok o kaya ng baboy hinding-hindi ka bibili sa kanya dahil hindi naman ‘yun ang kailangan mo, kahit anong pilit pa sa’yo nung nagtitinda.

So anong kilaman nito sa opportunity mo?

Kahit anong kaganda pa ng opportunity mo hanggat hindi sya kailangan ng prospect mo hinding-hindi sya bibili sa’yo. Kahit anong pilit pa ang gawin mo sa kanya.

At tulad nga ng sabi ko kanina sasayangin mo lang ang oras mo sa kanya.

Anong kailangan mong gawin ngayon?

You have to setup yourself as a SOLUTION PROVIDER.

Here’s how you can apply this

to your opportunity:

  1. Forget about your opportunity! Yup! You’ve read that right. What I mean is ‘wag muna ‘yun ang i-highlight mo. ‘Wag muna ‘yun ang ibida mo ng ibida.
  2. Ang ibida mo muna ay ang iyong sarili. Provide VALUE first. Paano mo sila matutulungan. Have a step-by-step guide on how they will do the business. And this is important: hindi mo lang dapat sabihin na kaya mo silang tulungan KAILANGANG ipakita mo.
  3. Lastly, which is crucial and the summary of this topic: it’s by having people KNOW, LIKE & TRUST you. Because when people know, like and trust you they will definitely buy from you.
